Located in Stockton, California Jagged Lines of Imagination Academy believes that all youths should have an opportunity to positively express themselves thorugh artistic mediums, while developing an appreciation for the arts and forming connections to their local community. JLI snowboyFor the youth who creates a personalized and unique vision for their world through art, JLI Academy is the best local source for instruction and realization of design in two-dimensional and three dimensional forms.

Clients will be impressed with, and return for, the great learning environment , selection of art formats set for a variety of interest/skill levels, and excellent customer service from an experienced instructor. Unlike other art resources, clients are encouraged in the process of expression through art that is career oriented. Unlike the traditional school setting, JLI Academy allows the individual to participate in their design and learning choices to the extent they choose, and realize greater value for the product in which they invest.

JLI Founder and educator Jon Guerzon studied animation at San Francisco State University where he received the Screen Actors Guild Student Achievement Award. After completing successful stints at the animation studio, Wildbrain, Inc. and the design firm, Interbrand, Guerzon began his career in education. In his 10 years, Guerzon has worked with students from the Pre-Kindergarten to Middle School level. In the year 2004, Guerzon was nominated as a DisneyHand Teacher of the Year. He currently resides in Stockton , California with his wife, Jennifer, and three children.
